Confidential Search – MENA Region

Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a client in the technology and AI sector. A fast-scaling technology business is seeking a CHRO to build a high-performance people strategy supporting engineering growth, leadership capability, talent density and organisational scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead people strategy across product, engineering, GTM and support functions.

• Build leadership succession, employer brand and performance frameworks.

• Support rapid growth, talent retention and organisation design.

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Senior HR leadership in technology, SaaS, digital or innovation-led businesses.

• Strong experience with scaling talent-dense organisations.

• Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C-suite and board stakeholders.

• Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.

• GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
