## Description

We are seeking a Business Development Director with a strong record of winning fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia. The role will lead market growth, build relationships with clients and partners, and guide opportunities from initial engagement through prequalification, tendering, and contract negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for fit-out projects in KSA.

• Identify project opportunities and build a strong pipeline with clients, consultants, developers, and partners.

• Lead client engagement, technical prequalifications, proposals, and commercial negotiations in coordination with tendering and operations teams.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pipeline performance; present forecasts and progress to senior management.

• Lead and develop the business development team.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in KSA, with a proven track record in fit-out business development.

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Sales and Marketing, or Business Administration.

• Strong knowledge of the KSA fit-out market, tendering process, and client landscape.

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, secure projects, negotiate contracts, and lead teams.

• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP. An MBA or similar graduate degree is an advantage.
