## Description

We are looking for a seasoned Rider Operations & Strategy Manager to own how rider supply and delivery demand are balanced across the UAE market. You will design the pricing, incentive, and dispatch mechanisms that keep the network efficient and reliable, while directly shaping fulfillment cost and the rider and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own rider supply-demand management for the UAE market: design and optimize operational strategies including surge management, flexible subsidies, manual dispatch, and electronic geo-fencing; be accountable for fulfillment cost and user-experience outcomes.

• Monitor rider operational metrics and behaviors in real time; identify abnormal patterns and supply-demand risks, build early-warning mechanisms, and improve rider service quality through targeted interventions.

• Establish KPIs for each stage of the fulfillment process, conduct in-depth attribution analysis on efficiency and experience issues, and translate insights into actionable strategy iterations.

• Design and execute A/B tests to validate strategy direction, quantify the impact of each iteration, and drive strategies to full rollout.

• Leverage AI tools to monitor market dynamics and the competitive landscape, support data analysis, strategy modeling, and operational decision-making, and continuously iterate the fulfillment model.

• Lead cross-functional projects with Product, R&D, and local operations teams, coordinating resources to land strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5-7 years in Rider strategy operations, Rider strategy product, or logistics/capacity operations in the Food Delivery, instant delivery industry.

• Excellent data-analysis capability: proficient in SQL and MS Office suite; Python/R skills preferred. Strong at mining multi-dimensional data to identify pain points and rapidly iterate targeted strategies.

• Solid grasp of full-cycle capacity/supply-demand operations, including capacity utilization and dispatch efficiency.

• Strong project-management and cross-team coordination skills; able to independently lead complex projects from planning through execution.

• Result-oriented with strong self-drive and resilience; thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to a differentiated international market.

• Fluent English (written and spoken); Urdu or Hindi fluency is a plus for rider-side engagement.

• Proficient in using AI tools for data analysis, strategy modeling, and operational decision-making; proven AI application experience preferred.
