## Description

A newly established law firm in Oman is seeking an experienced Energy Lawyer to join its growing team as it launches a new practice in the country. The firm operates under English common law principles and is based in Al Mouj Business Park, one of Muscat’s most prestigious business destinations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth platform at an early stage, with ambitious plans to build a team of 25+ lawyers over the coming years and a strong focus on developing the next generation of Omani legal talent.

The successful candidate will be common law qualified with 8+ PQE and have substantial hands-on experience advising on renewable energy projects, particularly across solar, wind and water. GCC experience is preferred but Oman experience is not essential. Candidates with project finance experience will be particularly attractive. The role will suit a lawyer who remains genuinely hands-on technically and transactionally, while also being willing to mentor and transfer knowledge to junior Omani associates.

## Requirements
