## Description

MIRA International is expanding fast, and over the next 36 months, we’re opening 30 offices worldwide.

We’re looking for ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our high-performing Dubai team, with a strong focus on secondary-market properties.

If you have experience working with resales, property owners, listings, and buyer/seller clients, this is an opportunity to grow your business with MIRA and be part of our international expansion.

About the Role:

This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will represent premium properties, manage client portfolios, and build your business within MIRA’s structured 4-tier growth model.

Our commission structure starts at 50% and goes up to 75%, with increased benefits and earning potential as you progress through the different tiers.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow your own property portfolio

• Source new listings and connect with property owners

• Generate leads and build strong client relationships

• Conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions

• Stay ahead of Dubai’s fast-moving real estate market

• Work with our marketing and support teams to grow your business

• Hit targets and unlock higher commission tiers as you progress

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s freehold communities

• Proven record in sales or leasing

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• RERA license (or willingness to obtain)

• Professional, driven, and target-oriented
