Process Management &

Coordination

Point of contact for supporting production apps developed on DMS, SharePoint,

Dynamics 365 & Power Platforms

Responsible for complete product operations and support cycle.

Responsible for taking KT and handover of all Production applications and services that are developed in .Net and Azure domain.

Compliance to requirements

Responsible for Monitoring and alerting of all aspects of the production apps.

Responsible for deployments automated and manual.

Identifying user needs and

requirements

Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information

needs, conferring with stakeholders and IT Management.

Designs, develops, debugs, produces, refines, tests, deploys, maintains, and

documents software solutions using customized as well as out-of-the-box

functionality including web parts, forms, templates and master pages.

Learn and adopt new tools and techniques to increase performance.
