Our work focuses on maintaining reliable supply processes, coordinating vendors, managing purchasing information, and supporting efficient day-to-day food and beverage operations. The Role We are seeking a Food & Beverage Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing activities, supplier coordination, procurement documentation, and inventory-related processes. The role is suited to professionals with experience in procurement, purchasing, F&B operations, hospitality supply, inventory, or supplier administration. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate day-to-day procurement activities for food, beverages, ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies. • Process purchase requests, purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and related procurement documentation. • Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and order requirements. • Obtain and compare supplier quotations and support purchasing decisions based on business requirements. • Maintain accurate supplier, product, pricing, purchase order, and procurement records. • Track orders from request through delivery and follow up on outstanding or delayed items. • Coordinate with F&B, kitchen, warehouse, inventory, finance, and operations teams on purchasing requirements. • Monitor stock requirements and support replenishment planning based on consumption and operational needs. • Check delivered goods against purchase orders, specifications, quantities, and supporting documents. • Assist with resolving shortages, incorrect deliveries, damaged goods, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies. • Maintain supplier lists, product specifications, price information, and approved purchasing records. • Prepare procurement reports, purchasing summaries, supplier comparisons, and management updates. • Support supplier performance reviews and maintain records of pricing, delivery, and service issues. • Ensure procurement documentation is organized and available for audits or internal reviews. • Identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes, supplier coordination, cost control, and procurement workflows. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, F&B procurement, hospitality operations, supply coordination, or a related field preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality, Operations, or a related discipline preferred. • Good understanding of purchasing processes, supplier coordination, purchase orders, quotations, and inventory requirements. • Experience working with food, beverage, hospitality, restaurant, catering, or related suppliers is an advantage. • Strong negotiation, communication, organization, and follow-up skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, procurement, inventory, or purchasing systems. • Strong attention to detail when reviewing prices, quantities, specifications, orders, and invoices. • Ability to manage multiple suppliers, orders, deadlines, and operational priorities. • Good numerical and analytical skills with the ability to compare costs and purchasing information. • UAE or GCC procurement, hospitality, restaurant, or F&B experience is a plus.
