## Description

We are looking for a professional and experienced Arabic-speaking Medical Receptionist to join a healthcare facility in Ras Al Khaimah.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer-service skills, experience dealing with patients, and previous experience working in a medical, aesthetic, dermatology, or dental clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients professionally

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings

• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments

• Maintain accurate patient records and update information when required

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinic staff

• Respond to patient enquiries regarding services and appointments

• Manage reception desk activities efficiently

• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduled procedures

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information

• Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the patient journey

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic communication skills – essential

• Good command of English

• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Clinic Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, or similar role

• Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, dental, or medical clinic is highly preferred

• Strong telephone and WhatsApp communication skills

• Professional appearance and interpersonal skills

• Good computer and administrative skills

• Ability to manage multiple appointments and enquiries

• Currently based in the UAE preferred

• Immediate availability is preferred

Candidates with experience in the following environments will be given preference:

• Aesthetic clinics

• Dermatology clinics

• Dental clinics

• Medical centres

• Healthcare customer service
