WE ARE HIRING – DUBAI, UAE

Position: Business Development & Operations Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Out

ECD Vision, an established Engineering and Contracting company, is expanding its UAE operations with the establishment of a new Interior Design & Fit-Out Division in Dubai.

We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Business Development & Operations Manager to lead the market entry, business development, and initial operational setup of this new division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ECD Vision's Dubai Fit-Out market-entry strategy.

• Generate qualified leads, RFQs and tender invitations.

• Build relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project management companies, corporate clients, hospitality groups and real-estate companies.

• Lead client/vendor registrations and prequalification activities.

• Develop a strong network of subcontractors, suppliers, joinery workshops and MEP contractors.

• Support tendering, estimation, BOQ preparation, pricing and commercial negotiations.

• Coordinate projects from initial inquiry through tender, award, mobilization and execution.

• Support the establishment of the initial Dubai office, technical team and operational structure.

• Establish practical workflows for estimating, procurement, project management and project delivery.

• Build and maintain a measurable business-development pipeline.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7–10 years of UAE experience in Interior Design and Fit-Out.

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai Fit-Out market.

• Existing relationships with clients, developers, consultants, architects and project management companies.

• Proven track record of generating RFQs and contributing directly to securing Fit-Out contracts.

• Good understanding of estimation, BOQs, procurement, subcontracting and project execution.

• Familiarity with Dubai authority, landlord and building-management approval processes.

• Strong commercial, negotiation and client-management skills.

• UAE driving licence preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related discipline preferred.

Important

This is not a traditional sales-only position.

We are looking for someone capable of helping build and lead ECD Vision's new Fit-Out business in Dubai from the ground up, combining business development, commercial awareness and operational experience.

Candidates should be prepared to discuss:

• Fit-Out projects they personally helped secure.

• Their existing UAE client/consultant network.

• Their proposed first 90-day market-entry plan.

• How they would generate ECD Vision's first qualified Fit-Out opportunities in Dubai.
