About the role

Position Title: Senior Consultant Data Management / Information Management & Technology

Work Location: Kuwait

Department: On-sync Energy Management Services Company.

Job Responsibilities

• Define the corporate vision, strategy, and long-term direction for enterprise data and information management.

• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, data modernization, and innovation programs.

• Advise executive leadership on strategic data, information, and technology decisions.

• Establish enterprise data governance policies, frameworks, standards, and organizational practices.

• Sponsor and oversee major strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and technology investments.

• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, and other data-driven solutions.

• Represent the organization in engagements with regulators, business partners, and relevant industry forums.

• Lead executive steering committees, governance boards, and strategic decision-making forums.

• Develop long-term organizational capabilities, succession plans, and talent development strategies.

• Promote a data-driven culture and effective use of information across the organization.

• Lead organizational change and enterprise modernization initiatives related to data and digital technologies.

• Mentor senior leaders and support the development of future data and technology leaders.

• Establish strategic performance measures and continuously assess the effectiveness of enterprise data and digital initiatives.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required; PhD is an advantage.

• Professional certifications in data management, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or executive leadership are preferred.

• Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience, including significant experience in enterprise data management and digital transformation.

• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale data, technology, and digital transformation programs.

• Extensive experience advising executive leadership and leading high-impact strategic initiatives.

• Strong expertise in enterprise data governance, corporate strategy, digital innovation, and organizational transformation.

• Excellent executive communication, strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Demonstrated ability to develop long-term technology strategies, organizational capabilities, and transformation roadmaps.
