Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will identify and present suitable residential and commercial properties to clients, conduct property viewings, and provide accurate information on pricing, location, and market trends. The role includes managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and offering professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. The Real Estate Agent will prepare and review documentation, coordinate with developers and other stakeholders, and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. The position also involves staying current with local market developments and representing URA Homes in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and relevant Real Property knowledge.

• Candidates should possess strong Sales and Real Estate skills.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and client relationship skills.

• Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.

• Previous experience in the Dubai or UAE real estate market is highly beneficial.

• Ability to work on-site, manage a varied schedule, and comply with local regulations.
