## Description

WE ARE HIRING | PROJECT ARCHITECT – INTERIOR FIT-OUT

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Interior Fit-Out

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect with strong Interior Fit-Out experience to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural works for interior fit-out projects from design development through completion.

• Review and coordinate architectural, interior, MEP and shop drawings.

• Ensure drawings and site execution comply with approved designs, specifications and project requirements.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, project managers and site teams.

• Review material samples, finishes and mock-ups and ensure compliance with approved specifications.

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor architectural quality and progress.

• Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Review RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings and technical documentation.

• Ensure projects are delivered within the required quality, time and design standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification.

• UAE experience in interior fit-out is mandatory.

• Proven experience working on commercial, F&B, hospitality, retail or similar fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes and construction methods.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/3D software is an advantage.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple project requirements and work under deadlines.

• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
