## Description

Position: Site Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Main Contracting / Construction

Maximum Salary: AED 5000 - 6000 per month

Company Description Linea Projects is a construction and project management firm that combines engineering rigor with practical, on-site execution in Dubai’s construction sector. The company builds for the full lifecycle of each project, emphasizing discipline, accountability, and long-term quality rather than short-term milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience is preferred.

• Main contracting/building construction experience is required.

• Experience in site execution, supervision and coordination of construction activities.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and method statements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and site teams.

• Monitor work progress, quality and compliance with approved drawings.

• Experience in high-rise, residential or commercial projects is preferred.

Only candidates meeting the mandatory UAE experience requirement will be considered. Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
