We are seeking a Client Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and strategic insight.

Responsibility & Scope:

- Manage end-to-end renewal process for IT products, software licenses, cloud subscriptions, and support contracts

- Track renewal pipeline and forecast revenue accurately in Sales pipeline report

- Proactively communicate with customers before contract expiry to initiate renewal discussions

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions while maintaining customer satisfaction

- Ensure timely follow-up on deliveries, payments, and customer queries to maintain high service standards

- Plan and manage daily field activities within assigned territories to maximize coverage and sales opportunities and record same in in Visit Report

Requirements:

• - Bachelor degree in any field

• - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT sales (GCC Market Experience , preferably Oman)
