Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Kuwait. The Sales Representative will engage with walk-in and prospective customers, explain product features and benefits, and provide tailored recommendations on water ionizers and related solutions. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and closing sales in line with company goals. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up with leads, and supporting after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the wider team for promotions, inventory updates, and market feedback is expected. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles, ideally in consumer products or home appliances. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in clear, simple terms. • Basic understanding of water treatment, health-related products, or willingness to quickly learn product specifications and benefits. • Maintain a professional presence with customers, and handle multiple customer interactions throughout the day. • Solid organizational and record-keeping skills, including managing leads, sales documentation, and follow-up activities. • Comfort with using computers and basic office software for sales tracking and reporting. • Self-motivated attitude with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus. • A valid Kuwait driving license and car is a must. • Transferable 18-VISA is a must.
