About the Role

Our client, a leader in Industrial Services and Repair and Maintenance, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong expertise in Rope Access services, Oil & Gas business development, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic customer partnerships across the UAE and wider GCC region.

About the Requirements

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Rope Access, Industrial Maintenance, and related service offerings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Infrastructure sectors throughout the UAE and GCC.

• Develop tailored commercial proposals and collaborate closely with operations teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

• Manage sales pipelines, forecast opportunities, and achieve agreed revenue and growth targets.

• Monitor market trends, industry developments, project activity, and competitor movements to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

• Valid driving license (own car preferred)

About You

• Proven sales and business development experience within Rope Access services, Industrial Services, Maintenance Services, or a related technical sector.

• Strong understanding of the Rope Access services and Oil & Gas industry, with established relationships and market knowledge across the UAE.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a results-focused and proactive approach.
