Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering, procurement, and construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. The role involves preparing and reviewing project documentation, tracking milestones, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC and local regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will also drive continuous improvement, support resource planning, and facilitate timely decision-making to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including experience in Project Management methodologies, planning, and stakeholder coordination.

• Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and performing Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Candidates should possess inspection skills, including experience with Inspection processes, quality checks, and compliance with engineering and construction standards.

• Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management, materials handling, and coordination of deliveries and site requirements.

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.

• Proven experience managing EPC or large construction projects, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and risk management awareness.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in diverse teams and interface with clients and external partners.
