## Description

We're looking for a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Dubai office.

What you'll do:

• Welcome visitors, clients and partners, and manage the front desk

• Handle calls, emails and incoming correspondence

• Look after guest hospitality — welcoming guests and serving tea, coffee and refreshments

• Coordinate couriers, deliveries and office supplies

• Provide general administrative support to the team

What we're looking for:

• Fluent English; Spanish preferred

• 1–3 years in reception, front office or hospitality

• Polished, presentable and welcoming with guests

• Organised, comfortable with MS Office
