Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day activities such as identifying and listing properties, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes. The role includes preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with landlords, developers, and legal teams, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The agent will actively prospect for new clients, maintain a portfolio of properties, and provide market insights to support informed decisions. Ongoing responsibilities also involve managing client communications, maintaining accurate records in company systems, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets.
Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of local real estate regulations and procedures.

• Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including sales, leasing, and property management.

• Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing real estate deals.

• Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple property listings and client requests.

• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, basic office software, and online property listing platforms.

• Previous experience in the Abu Dhabi or UAE real estate market is highly beneficial; a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
