Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description About the Role The Operations Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and optimizing daily field operations across core service verticals: Pest Control, AC/HVAC Maintenance, and Cleaning Services and others. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role drives service delivery, team productivity, quality assurance, SLA compliance, and operational cost efficiency. The ideal candidate is an agile operational leader capable of managing multiple field supervisors, optimizing route/job scheduling for field teams, ensuring strict safety standards, and maintaining high client retention through service excellence. Responsibilities • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability • Manage the daily functions of the business • Directly supervise, mentor, and evaluate Operations Supervisors handling field teams. • Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPI targets, and identify training/upskilling needs across all service departments. • Work with HR to recruit, onboard, and manage manpower allocation, seasonal shift scaling, and roster planning. • Oversee daily scheduling, route planning, job dispatching, and resource allocation to minimize transit time and maximize team utilization. • Manage emergency dispatch processes for urgent calls • Standardize Operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all services • Implement continuous audit and site-inspection frameworks to guarantee service quality • Manage operational budgets for field consumables, tools, equipment, spare parts and fleet vehicles • Control inventory levels to prevent shrinkage, overstocking, or site delays due to material stockouts • Manage fleet logistics, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and tracking systems for field vans/vehicles • Function as the primary operational escalation point for high-profile clients, key accounts, and supervisor escalations • Track client feedback, CSAT scores, and root causes for service rework; implement immediate corrective action plans • Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes • Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed • Manage budget to align with goals of business Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering (MEP/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical preferred), Facility Management, or a related field. • MEP experience is highly preferable • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary field teams • 5+ years of progressive operational management experience within Facility Management, Property Services, or Technical Contracting • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and team-building capabilities. • High analytical ability to identify operational bottlenecks and execute process improvements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to executive leadership and presenting to clients. • Ability to thrive in a high-tempo, dynamic environment with shifting daily priorities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • English is a must Arabic is preferable • Driving license Show more Show less ## Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering (MEP/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical preferred), Facility Management, or a related field.
