## Description

Degree in Journalism/Media and proof of media experience (Mandatory)!

We are growing and looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our dynamic and professional team.

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive individual with strong communication and coordination skills who can efficiently manage internal processes, oversee project execution, and support daily business operations.

Location: Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

About the Role:

This role focuses on operational oversight and quality control throughout projects, ensuring that tasks flow efficiently and timelines are met to support seamless execution across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and coordinate ongoing Media projects

· Organize and maintain internal databases, documents, and workflows

· Supervise and coordinate a small IT team & Marketing team

· Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met

· Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates

· Communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

· Improve operational efficiency and internal processes

· Monitor task completion and team performance

· Support management with day-to-day business operations

Requirements:

· Attested Degree in Journalism/Media and proof of media experience (Mandatory)

· Fluent English (Russian is an advantage)

· Previous experience in Project Management, Operations, or a similar role

· Highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

· Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

· Experience working with IT and marketing teams is an advantage

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
