## Requirements

Strong skills in financial accounting, managing the general ledger, and preparing financial statements. Experience in budgeting and forecasting and financial analysis to support business decision-making. Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable, including reconciliations. Ability to use accounting software and ERP systems, with strong Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and local tax/regulatory requirements. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field).
