Job Summary:

Responsible for building and owning comprehensive and data-driven view of departmental performance. Collects and consolidates operational and commercial data from all available sources, develops dashboards to track individual and departmental performance, and generates actionable insights to support continuous improvement and inform decision-making

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collect data from all available sources and build a comprehensive dataset for the Telehome department

• Enhance and maintain dashboards and establish other tools to holistically track departmental performance, including individual staff performance (clinical and non-clinical)

• Generate data-driven insights to solve ongoing operational challenges and drive continuous improvement

• Partner with Team Leaders & Coordinators to translate findings into defined improvement actions and tracks their outcomes

• Provide the analytical capability and capacity required as the department prepares for the ramp-up in home service referrals

• Escalate issues promptly and contribute to continuous improvement of the business unit

• Supplement service quality assessment of individual staff through field observations

• Prepare agenda and analysis with clear actions and where required, lead weekly and monthly performance analysis with operational and clinical teams

• Perform other professional duties requested from line manager

Education / Professional Qualifications:

• Education Degree: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field

• Years of Experience: 2 to 4 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance management, ideally including healthcare or operations environments. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Analyst position.

• License (Clinical & Engineers professional are required): None

• Professional Certification (Optional): Data analytics/BI certification (e.g., Power BI or equivalent) is a plus

Expertise & Skills:

• Good command of oral and written English & Arabic

• Strong proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, and formula-based analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate raw operational data into actionable insights

• Experience with data collection, cleaning, and dataset/database management

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven findings to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders

• Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple reporting and analysis requests concurrently

## Requirements
