Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position: Real Estate Sales Manager

Salary: Up to AED 8,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and achieve business targets in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and support.

• Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring strong conversion rates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, property owners, and developers.

• Guide the team through the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing.

• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, property launches, pricing, and market trends.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant UAE real estate regulations.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of sales consultants.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales, preferably in a managerial or team-lead role.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.

• Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.

• Strong client relationship and business development skills.

• Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
