## Description

• Recruitment of local staff in cooperation with management including advertising, planning of recruitment and writing of contracts.

• Termination of contracts in cooperation with management.

• Ensure consistency in connection with warnings and dismissals, in coordination with the management.

• Ensure relevant training is available to staff.

• Ensure that all new members of staff are given a thorough induction to the company.

• Responsible for HR and time and attendance system, including operational issues and maintenance of staff data.

• Advise management group in staff related matters.

• Responsible for maintaining and updating staff handbook.

• Preparation of monthly salary pay-out for all staff.

• On a monthly basis comment salary costs, explaining deviations compared to previous month.

• Implement HR project in alignment with the management.

• Participation in ad hoc projects.

• Build loyalty and trust from staff.

• Ensure high level of information to staff concerning staff related issues.

• Visa applications, immigration matters, labor office matters.

• All office related admin matter.
