## Description

What You Will Do:

• Channel Strategy Development & Implementation: Collaborate with channel leaders to ensure comprehensive strategy execution across various channels.

• Financial Planning and Oversight: Manage revenue forecasts and marketing/trade expenditure commitments and provide recommendations for market investments and initiatives to close sales gaps.

• Market Insights and Strategic Planning: Collect and synthesize market feedback on new initiatives, product launches, and in-store promotions. Develop cohesive marketing plans that align with regional and local commercial objectives.

• Pricing and Promotional Strategy: Formulate competitive pricing and promotional guidelines based on relevant market dynamics.

• Trade Margin Management: Design and implement trade margin strategies, ensuring they serve as a catalyst rather than a hindrance to business growth.

• In-Store Activation and Customer Engagement: Create and execute in-store promotional activities and customer events that align with brand priorities.

• Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market and industry trends, providing insightful reports to both Product Management and Business Development teams.

• Product Launch Leadership: Guide the product management team in rolling out new products, complete with sales collateral and promotional elements to boost sales performance.

What You Will Need:

• 8+ years of proven experience in Marketing Strategy & Planning roles.

• Proficient in product pricing, distribution, and market positioning.

• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and best practices, preferably in the FMCG sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in managing distribution channels.

• Adept at interpreting market reports and analytics.
