## Description

China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor (Snr. QS) with strong main contractor infrastructure projects experiences in the UAE/Middle East to support the Contracts Team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and close complex Upstream (Client) and Downstream (Subcontractor) final accounts.

• Review, evaluate, and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs), Extension of Time (EOT) claims, contra-charges, and other commercial claims.

• Prepare contractual notices, claim submissions, substantiation, and supporting documentation. Manage payments, valuations, cost control, forecasting, and final accounts.

• Independently close complex Upstream (Client) and Downstream (Subcontractor) final accounts, including VOs, EOT, and contra-charges.

• Proven experience handling variations, claims, EOT, disruption, prolongation, and final accounts.

• Strong ability to prepare, substantiate, negotiate, and manage contractual and commercial claims.

• Experience with subcontract administration, subcontractor claims, payments, and final accounts. Responsible for cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting, interim payments, and commercial reporting.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Contract and Commercial Management.

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract administration and claims management.

• UAE/GCC main contractor infrastructure experience required.

• Professional chartered status (certificates like MRICS, MAIQS) is highly preferred.
