## Description

Note that only candidates with UAE Driving license + personal car will be given preference. The company will provide parking access and fuel allowance.

Raine and Horne Dubai is a progressive and successful vacation rental agency handling all facets of short-term rentals. Due to continued expansion, we are currently seeking a Guest Relations Officer for our Dubai operations. with a sincere passion to succeed and for customer service in general. HOSPITALITY background and valid UAE driving license is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handling reservation enquiries and bookings

• Guest Check In / Out

• Able to work under pressure and rotating weekend roster

• Excellent guest relation skills and solution focused

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team

• Resolve guests' complaints

• General administrative duties

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate well at all levels.

• Valid UAE driving license and personal car required

The successful applicant will need take a professional approach to customer service and thrive on going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. You come from a guest relations background, ideally within the hotel sector, and your attention to detail and ability to multi-task will see you thrive in this role.
