## Description

Location: Madinah / Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Division: Anti termite Treatment, Waterproofing, Insulation and Concrete Treatment

Indigo Builders, Madinah is looking for a Technical Business Development / Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities in Anti termite Treatment, Waterproofing, Insulation and Concrete Treatment and related specialized construction services. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, developing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and facility-management companies. Conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, preparing quotations and following opportunities through to award and collection.

Key Responsibilities

-Generate new business leads and identify project opportunities

-Visit contractors, consultants, developers and project sites

- Conduct initial site surveys and understand technical requirements

- Prepare quotations, proposals and technical/commercial offers

- Follow up RFQs, tenders and submitted quotations

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Coordinate with the technical and execution teams

- Maintain a database of prospects, projects and follow-ups

- Support vendor registrations and prequalification submissions

- Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets

Candidate Profile

- Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred

- 5+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia construction market preferred

- Minimum 5 years of marketing/sales experience within the construction industry

- Experience in Anti termite Treatment, Waterproofing, Insulation and Concrete Treatment is an advantage

- Good knowledge of BOQs, drawings and quotations

- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

- Must be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)

- Existing relationships with contractors, consultants or developers will be a major advantage

- Valid Saudi driving license required; candidate must have a personal vehicle (car and fuel allowance provided)

Compensation

• SAR 4,500 – 5,000 basic salary (depending on experience) plus performance-based sales commission.
