Through strong relationships with leading UAE developers and property platforms, AUX provides access to selected projects and opportunities. The firm aims to build long-term partnerships, supporting clients through future acquisitions, portfolio expansion, and property sales.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at AUX Real Estate. The Real Estate Agent will advise clients on buying, selling, and investing in residential and investment properties, including waterfront and off-plan developments across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Daily tasks include sourcing and listing properties, conducting virtual or in-person viewings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations, contracts, and closing processes. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing market insights, pricing analysis, and portfolio recommendations. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, use digital tools and platforms to manage leads and listings, and uphold AUX’s standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License appropriate for practicing in the UAE.

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends, regulations, and property valuation.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and client satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and networking skills to develop and maintain long-term client and developer relationships.

• Candidates should possess proficiency with CRM systems, online property platforms, and basic digital marketing tools.

• Candidates should possess high ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Relevant experience in UAE real estate and fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage) are beneficial.
