Job Description – Sales Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager - Real Estate to join our firm.

Job Responsibilities:

· Build, manage and lead a team of 20 agents

· Conduct daily sales training and coaching

· Drive performance ana ensure the team meets KPIs and sales targets

· Provide expert guidance to clients on property investments, market trends, and real estate opportunities.

· Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align property solutions with broader business strategies.

Requirements:

. Minimum 4 years' experience in Dubai off-plan real estate

. Proven leadership experience within a brokerage

. Strong, proven sales track record in Dubai real estate

. Experience with Dubai Holding, Emaar, Sobha, Damac is highly preferred

. Valid UAE Driving License

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
