## Description

With an incredible portfolio of food & beverage products, NFPC currently has an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Development Executive to join our sales team.

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a driven and well-presented Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, grow our customer base, and provide market intelligence on competitor activity. This role is ideal for a confident, personable professional with strong selling and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through door-to-door campaigns, in line with the approved pricing matrix

• Manage account activation and top-ups for newly signed-up customers to drive retention and repeat purchase

• Ensure accurate data collection and timely system entry for all confirmed sign-ups

• Achieve annual sales targets from the signed-up customer base

• Monitor and report on competitor activities, offers, and market trends

• Maintain a healthy balance between regular-priced and discounted sign-ups

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in direct sales or door-to-door campaigns

• Strong knowledge of the UAE market

• Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities

• Presentable and approachable, with excellent communication skills

• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities

• Valid UAE driving license (required)
