## Description

We are looking for a Network Engineer to support and maintain the company's network, server, and cloud infrastructure across headquarters, branches, factories, and warehouses. The role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable connectivity while supporting on-premises systems and Microsoft Azure services.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and internet connectivity.

• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, connectivity issues, and network performance.

• Maintain secure connectivity between company sites, data centers, and Microsoft Azure.

• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms.

• Assist with Azure networking services, virtual networks, VPN Gateway, and hybrid infrastructure.

• Support network security, firewall policies, MFA, access controls, and infrastructure monitoring.

• Perform backups, patching, preventive maintenance, and disaster recovery testing.

• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and infrastructure records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, or technical support.

• Good knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching.

• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware or Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
