Sales Manager – Real Estate Developer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 2+ years with a Real Estate Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive residential real estate sales and manage a team of Sales Consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working directly with a Dubai-based property developer, along with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

• Drive sales of the developer’s residential property portfolio.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international real estate brokers.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits and client meetings.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing.

• Support the team in negotiations and closing high-value transactions.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for management.

• Ensure effective follow-up with prospective buyers and channel partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with a real estate developer in Dubai/UAE.

• Proven experience in off-plan residential sales.

• Existing relationships with Dubai-based and international brokerage firms.

• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

• UAE real estate experience is mandatory.

Preferred: Candidates with an existing broker network and experience handling a sales team.
