What You’ll Do: Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of large-scale Oil & Gas construction, upgrade, brownfield, shutdown, and turnaround projects. Mechanical Project Management: Lead the delivery of mechanical works, including static and rotating equipment, pressure vessels, tanks, piping systems, mechanical packages, fabrication, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and senior management, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and alignment. Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical, commercial, schedule, safety, and operational risks while managing project changes effectively. Budget & Schedule Control: Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, and progress reporting to ensure financial and timeline adherence. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, mechanical, piping, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and project controls personnel. Contract Management: Administer complex EPC, EPCM, construction, subcontract, and vendor agreements, ensuring contractual compliance and effective management of variations, claims, and deliverables.
