Job Title: Business Development Executive (Building Materials)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to AED 8,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our building materials trading business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the hardware, building materials, or MEP supplies sector, along with an established network of FM (Facilities Management) customers and procurement contacts. A Tagalog-speaking candidate is preferred to support engagement with our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new FM (Facilities Management) customer accounts

• Generate RFQs (requests for quotation) and identify new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement and operations teams

• Convert enquiries into confirmed sales and achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction

• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery

Requirements

• 2–5 years of UAE B2B sales experience

• Experience in Hardware, Building Materials, or MEP Supplies preferred

• Strong FM customer network and procurement contacts

• Proven track record in generating enquiries and achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Tagalog-speaking candidate preferred

• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory
