## Description

Location: Dubai, UAE | Experience: 4–5+ Years

Industry: Medical Devices

We are looking for an Technical Administrative Assistant to support our application, product, sales , Oversee inventory levels.

**Please note: Only candidates with healthcare industry experience, relevant technical experience, and a related educational background will be considered**

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate product training, demonstrations, workshops, and educational sessions.

• Assist with product presentations, technical documentation, and customer communications.

• Support sales and commercial activities, including presentations and marketing materials.

• Monitor inventory levels and consignment stock at hospitals.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding movement of instrument sets.

• Prepare presentations, brochures, reports, and other business materials.

• Maintain and analyze operational data, inventory records, and reports using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field *Mandatory*

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

• Valid UAE Driving License.
