## Description

Are you an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with deep expertise in Agentic AI, Azure OpenAI, and LLM engineering? We are looking for a Sr Solution Architect to lead the architecture and engineering of a cutting-edge enterprise AI operating layer for a leading financial institution in Dubai.

Role Details

• Position: Senior Solutions Architect (Agentic AI)

• Location: Dubai, UAE

• Experience: 12+ Years

Key Accountabilities

• Agentic AI Architecture & Engineering: Design and build core AI agent platform components including runtime, multi-agent orchestration, model routing, tool integration, and reusable agent services across banking domains (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Wealth Management).

• Azure AI & LLM Engineering: Architect secure enterprise solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, embeddings, Azure Document Intelligence, vector stores, API gateways, and Databricks connectivity.

• Responsible AI & Governance: Embed Responsible AI controls—fairness, privacy, prompt defense, PII protection, and audit trails—aligning with strict model risk, compliance, and regulatory standards.

• Enterprise Integration & Tool Orchestration: Design governed MCP gateway patterns, tool onboarding standards, and secure API interactions between AI agents and core banking backend systems.

• LLMOps & Platform Reliability: Drive DevOps, MLOps, and AIOps practices (CI/CD, prompt tracing, latency/cost optimization, model evaluation pipelines, and telemetry).

• Use Case Delivery & Stakeholder Alignment: Convert complex business use cases into platform delivery plans, supporting executive walkthroughs, funding proposals, and roadmap planning.

• Vendor & Team Leadership: Manage external vendor deliverables, mentor cross-functional engineering teams, and define technical hiring standards for AI platform talent.

What We Are Looking For

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience with a proven track record in Enterprise AI Platform Architecture & Strategy.

• Deep knowledge of Responsible AI, Model Risk, and AI Governance within regulated banking/financial environments.

• Strong hands-on architectural background in Azure AI Services, Agentic Frameworks, and LLMOps.

• Exceptional executive communication skills—capable of translating complex AI architectures into board-ready narratives.

• Proven experience driving cross-functional alignment across Business, Tech, Risk, Security, and external Vendor teams.
