## Description

Senior Business Analyst - Product HCM (Oracle Fusion HCM)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Contract Duration: 15 Months (Through Adecco)

Client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst - Product HCM to join its Business Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, supporting business transformation initiatives and enhancing HR technology capabilities.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience

• Strong expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Core HR

• Experience with Talent Management modules including Performance Management, Goals, Succession Planning, Talent Review, Talent Profiles, and Career Development

• Hands-on experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, Dashboards, and Infolets

• Knowledge of Fusion Security and Approval Workflows

• Strong experience in solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions

• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions

• Configure and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications in line with business needs

• Develop reports, dashboards, HCM extracts, and Fast Formulas

• Conduct system testing, UAT support, and end-user training

• Support and maintain the Oracle Fusion HCM environment while ensuring best practices and governance standards

Preferred Background

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Applications, or related discipline

• 7-10 years of overall IT experience

• Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
