You will oversee every aspect of the pre-opening journey, including recruitment, culture building, operational readiness, commercial performance, guest experience, and brand delivery. This role requires a highly visible, hands-on leader who thrives in lifestyle hospitality environments and enjoys building something from the ground up - you will be the on-property custodian of the Earth Hotels philosophy of creating joyful places that inspire people to wake up every day. The Hotel Manager's scope will include a deep focus on the guest journey, championing service excellence, and management oversight of the rooms division. What we're looking for • Proven experience in hotel pre-opening - you’ve lived the ride from empty rooms and blank SOPs to a fully live, buzzing property, and that energy is what gets you out of bed. • Strong Rooms Division background (Front Office and Guest Relations), with the confidence to lead every Earthling-facing touchpoint with warmth and hustle. • A genuine guest-first leader who owns the Earthling journey end-to-end, with the hands-on energy suited to an intimate, high-touch property where every detail is felt. • Broad exposure to overall hotel operations, happy to roll up your sleeves across Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales and Revenue within a lean, close-knit crew of Peoples. • Experience within a boutique, lifestyle, or design-led hotel brand is a big plus, alongside a genuine love for Earth Hotels’ vibrant, good-vibes-only, lifestyle-driven spirit. • Experience in the GCC region is preferred.
