Sales Electrical Engineer – UAE Market

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🏢 Company: Rayan – Authorized Partner of HD Hyundai Electric

Rayan is looking for a motivated Sales Electrical Engineer to support the continued development and expansion of our electrical business across the UAE.

The role will focus primarily on expanding HD Hyundai Electric’s market presence in the UAE, developing the reseller network, generating new business opportunities, and driving sustainable sales growth.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand relationships with electrical traders, resellers, panel builders and potential business partners across the UAE.

• Identify and develop new reseller and customer accounts.

• Conduct regular market and customer visits across the UAE.

• Promote and develop our LV & MV Power Distribution and Control portfolio, including ACB, MCCB, MCB, RCCB, RCBO, MMS, Contactors, Thermal Overload Relays, VCB and related electrical products.

• Support the development of additional product lines, including VFDs and inverters, as part of our expanding portfolio.

• Generate new enquiries and follow up commercial opportunities through to order conversion.

• Develop repeat business and long-term customer relationships.

• Provide technical product support and presentations when required.

• Identify market opportunities and provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.

• Coordinate closely with Rayan’s sales and commercial teams.

• Achieve agreed sales and business-development targets.

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• 1–3 years of sales experience in the UAE electrical market is preferred.

• Good knowledge of LV/MV power distribution, circuit breakers and control products.

• Experience dealing with electrical traders, resellers, distributors or panel builders is an advantage.

• Knowledge or sales experience with MV products, VCBs, VFDs, drives or inverters will be considered an additional advantage.

• UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.

• Willing to conduct regular customer and market visits across the UAE.
