About the Job

We are seeking Senior and Junior Site Engineers – Civil to support the execution, supervision, and coordination of building, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects.

These roles are suited to civil engineering professionals with hands-on experience in site supervision, structural works, foundation activities, subcontractor coordination, quality monitoring, and construction progress.

Role Summary

The Senior and Junior Site Engineers – Civil will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day civil construction activities at site.

Senior Site Engineers will take greater responsibility for site coordination, technical supervision, and monitoring of construction activities, while Junior Site Engineers will support senior engineers in daily site supervision, reporting, inspections, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, surveyors, QA/QC inspectors, and other site teams to maintain quality and progress.

• Monitor foundation, piling, reinforced concrete, structural, and related civil construction activities.

• Review construction drawings and ensure works are carried out as per approved details.

• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and daily construction progress.

• Prepare inspection requests, daily reports, progress updates, and site documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants and project teams for inspections, approvals, and technical requirements.

• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely resolution.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.

• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved quality standards and specifications.

• Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with HSE requirements and project safety procedures.

• Support measurement, quantity verification, and site records where required.

• Senior Site Engineers will coordinate overall site activities, provide technical guidance, and monitor subcontractor performance.

• Junior Site Engineers will support senior engineers in daily supervision, inspections, reporting, and site coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3–8+ years of relevant construction experience, depending on the level of the position.

• Hands-on experience in site supervision and civil construction activities.

• Experience in foundation, piling, reinforced concrete, structural, or general civil works is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, QA/QC teams, surveyors, and site personnel.

• Knowledge of construction methods, site procedures, quality requirements, and HSE standards.

• Experience in site inspections, progress monitoring, daily reporting, and construction documentation.

• Ability to monitor manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and construction progress.

• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in building, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
