Job Purpose: Identify new business opportunities, develop sales and marketing strategies, retain existing merchants, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and merchant acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Diploma preferred but not essential.

• 3 5 years of experience in merchant acquiring or banking.

• Knowledge of UAE banking regulations, compliance, and payment products (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP).

• Strong communication, negotiation, marketing, and sales skills.

• UAE market knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.
