Job Title: Procurement Contract and Vendor Management

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Contract: 12 Months

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing complex contracts throughout the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, administration, and closure, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 7 10 years of experience in contract management, procurement contracts, or commercial contracts.

• Hands-on experience managing complex and high-value agreements.

• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, contractual risk assessment, and contract administration.

• Experience handling variations, claims, renewals, terminations, and disputes.

• Knowledge of procurement governance, commercial terms, and contract lifecycle management.

• Experience in government, banking, financial services, or other regulated environments is preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.

Qualification

• Bachelor s degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Commercial Management, or a related field.

• CIPS, WorldCC/IACCM, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
