Confidential Vacancy – Sales & Business Development Manager

Our client is a well established company within the broader fit-out/design sector. They are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to drive growth across the UAE real estate, hospitality, commercial and corporate sectors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5–10+ years’ relevant sales/business development experience, ideally in the interior contracting or design sectors.

• A strong UAE network across developers, consultants, architects, hospitality groups, FM companies and fit-out contractors.

• Proven ability to generate leads, manage tenders/proposals and close business.

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
