## Description

Kara Express Courier & Cargo W.L.L. is looking for a commercially strong Sales professional to develop our international courier, express and e-commerce business in Qatar.

The role is focused on acquiring new SME, corporate and e-commerce customers requiring international parcel, document and express-logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers for international courier and express services

• Identify and approach SMEs, online sellers, retailers, trading companies and corporate customers

• Develop cross-border e-commerce opportunities

• Build recurring parcel and express-shipment accounts

• Understand customer shipment profiles and recommend suitable solutions

• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercially viable rates

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM consistently

• Follow quotations through to conversion and repeat business

• Coordinate with operations and international partners

• Achieve agreed monthly revenue and gross-profit targets

• Report customer activity, pipeline and results clearly

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience in courier, express, parcel, e-commerce logistics or related logistics services

• Existing customer network in Qatar strongly preferred

• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers

• Good understanding of international courier/express pricing and customer requirements

• Experience with e-commerce sellers or cross-border parcel business is an advantage

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven

• Good English required

• Qatar driving licence is an advantage

What we are looking for

We want someone who can create new business, not simply service existing accounts.

The focus is on international courier, express and cross-border e-commerce. This is not a domestic last-mile delivery role.
