## Description

Kara Express Courier & Cargo W.L.L. is looking for an experienced Land Freight Sales professional to join our Qatar team.

The role is focused on developing new B2B business for GCC road freight, with particular emphasis on Qatar–UAE, Qatar–Saudi Arabia and other regional trade lanes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers for FTL, LTL and cross-border road freight

• Build business across Qatar and GCC trade lanes

• Identify and approach importers, exporters, trading companies, industrial clients and project customers

• Prepare quotations and negotiate rates while protecting gross profit

• Follow enquiries from quotation through booking and conversion

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and regularly update CRM

• Build long-term customer relationships and generate recurring business

• Coordinate closely with operations and overseas offices/partners

• Achieve agreed monthly revenue and gross-profit targets

• Report sales activity, pipeline and results clearly and consistently

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in land freight / road freight in Qatar

• Existing customer relationships in the Qatar market strongly preferred

• Good understanding of GCC road-freight routes, pricing and operational requirements

• Demonstrated ability to win new customers, not only manage existing accounts

• Commercial understanding of revenue, cost and gross profit

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-driven and comfortable working in a small, hands-on team

• Good English required

• Qatar driving licence is an advantage
