## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for oilfield equipment, industrial products and engineering solutions.

• Generate business opportunities across ADNOC Group, EPC contractors and major Oil & Gas operators.

• Build and maintain relationships with senior Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects and Engineering stakeholders.

• Represent and promote international OEMs/manufacturers/principals within UAE/GCC.

• Identify upcoming projects, tenders, RFQs and framework agreements.

• Support OEMs with UAE market entry, ADNOC registration/prequalification and customer development.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through technical/commercial proposal, negotiation and deal closure.

• Develop strategic relationships with EPC contractors and key accounts.

• Manage high-value tenders, long-term supply agreements and major project opportunities.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecasts and market intelligence.

• Monitor competitor activity and upcoming Oil & Gas projects.

• Achieve a minimum target of USD 2 million in monthly sales revenue.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events and customer meetings.

Candidate Requirements

• 15–20 years of Sales/Business Development experience within UAE/GCC Oil & Gas.

• Strong background in oilfield supplies, industrial equipment, engineering products or Oil & Gas services.

• Established network across ADNOC Group and major EPC contractors.

• Proven experience representing international OEMs/manufacturers/principals.

• Strong understanding of ADNOC procurement, vendor registration/prequalification and tendering processes.

• Proven experience managing large EPC opportunities, tenders, framework agreements or long-term supply contracts.

• Strong commercial negotiation and deal-closing capability.

• Demonstrable track record of achieving significant revenue targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline preferred.

• UAE/GCC market knowledge is essential.
