## Description

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect Engineer – Site Supervision to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate must have strong consultant-side site supervision experience on building projects, overseeing landscape works from execution through project handover while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape construction works on site, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and external works.

• Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Conduct site inspections, review material submittals, mock-ups, and shop drawings.

• Coordinate with Architects, Civil, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.

• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.

• Ensure compliance with Dubai authority requirements and project quality standards.

• Participate in snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.

• 10+ years of experience in consultant-side site supervision.

• Mandatory building project experience (high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments).

• UAE/GCC site supervision experience is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, and landscape construction practices.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.

• Experience with Aconex, Procore, or similar project management platforms is an advantage.
