## Description

Ahalia Medical Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Business Development to join our Rehabilitation Hospital team in the UAE.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Business Development role in the UAE

• Healthcare industry experience is mandatory

• Experience in hospital, rehabilitation, healthcare services, or related sectors will be preferred

• Strong understanding of business development, referral networks, and healthcare partnerships

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

• Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Strong market knowledge and a results-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies for the Rehabilitation Hospital

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, corporates, and other key stakeholders.

• Identify and develop new business and referral opportunities

• Support patient referral growth and strengthen the hospital's market presence

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to support business development initiatives and achieve organizational objectives
